A clear working rhythm

How TOAD dispatch works.

A practical sequence from the first conversation to the weekly review. Every stage should have a clear owner and a clear next step.

01 /

Start with your truck

Share your equipment, authority status, preferred lanes, and home-time needs.

02 /

Agree on the plan

Confirm the service scope, fees, communication, and approval rules before starting.

03 /

Review every load

Consider the rate, all miles, appointment times, and where delivery leaves you.

04 /

Close the loop

Organize delivery documents, follow up on issues, and review how the week went.

1. Start with a carrier introduction

Share basic contact details, authority status, equipment, current location, preferred lanes, and home-time needs. The website can prepare a downloadable introduction. It does not submit that information to TOAD or approve you to begin operating.

2. Confirm fit and written terms

Before starting, review required qualifications, the service scope, fee basis, payment timing, communication preferences, and load-approval rules. Operators joining the TOAD carrier program complete the applicable carrier and equipment onboarding process. See the carrier-program requirements.

3. Review and approve a load

Evaluate the gross rate alongside loaded miles, empty miles, appointment windows, equipment requirements, and the delivery market. The carrier approves the load before a booking commitment is made on its behalf.

4. Coordinate pickup through delivery

Keep reference numbers, appointments, contact information, and changes visible. Record issues promptly and follow the applicable written terms for detention, TONU, or other requests.

5. Close documents and review the week

Organize proof of delivery and supporting receipts, hand off billing documents as agreed, and review missing items. Compare gross revenue, total miles, empty miles, and time lost to inform the next week.

Small hops. Smarter hauls.

Your truck.
A more thoughtful next move.

Start with your equipment, your lanes, and what a good week looks like to you. Build a carrier introduction for the next conversation.
